As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be part of the our clients
Information Systems team, creating transformative systems, tools, and applications
supporting the School’s mission. Collaborating with departments from across the school,
you will aim to improve the day-to-day experiences of faculty, staff, students, and
researchers while creating a platform designed for the future. Your success will support
research, teaching, and learning across 15 of the world’s most prestigious hospitals and
research institutes, benefiting local, national, and global communities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): fields, objects, page
layouts, lightning pages, and flows
• Manage Salesforce users, public groups, profiles, permission sets, and other
administrative responsibilities
• Work with business partners to develop reports and dashboards
• Provide end-user support through support tickets, training, and documentation
• Perform testing of system enhancements within a test environment and other
quality assurance tasks
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of two years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience
Additional Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, please have the following:
• Experience: At least two years of Salesforce administration and a current Salesforce
Administrator Certification.
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field of study, or
equivalent.
• Skills:
You must have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and how to translate business needs into technical solutions. You must have a deep familiarity with the Salesforce security model, and be comfortable with the latest Salesforce technologies, including Lightning Flows and Dynamic Forms.
