About the Role:
As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the support, enhancement, and strategic development of enterprise financial platforms. You will act as a key contributor to financial system customizations and integrations while collaborating with stakeholders across departments to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead developer for financial system customizations including Classic and Framework forms, rules, workflows, and inquiries.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data warehouse and business intelligence solutions that support finance operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and integration endpoints.
  • Create and enhance templates using document automation tools.
  • Assist in the selection and deployment of third-party financial applications and integrated tools.
  • Provide Tier-2 support and advanced troubleshooting for financial systems.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical system requirements.
  • Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate closely with business and technical teams.
  • Create documentation for system support, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Mentor junior team members on systems best practices and platform knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise legal financial systems, especially Aderant Expert.
  • Deep knowledge of financial database architecture and tools such as SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, .NET, PowerShell, and C#.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).
  • Prior experience with legal tech applications like Intapp Time, Chrome River, and Expert Image is strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
