AVID Technical Resources’ Referral Program provides a generous bonus to any prospective candidate or IT consultant who refers an IT resource to an AVID IT recruiter.  If AVID successfully places the referral (generating income for AVID) with one of their clients, AVID will provide a bonus anywhere from $500 – $1,500 to the person who originally referred the candidate.

If a prospective candidate or IT consultant refers a potential IT job order to AVID, and an AVID IT recruiter fills the position, AVID will provide double the referral bonus stated above.

The AVID bonus program is our way of saying thank you for anyone who refers our company to other industry professionals.  We contact every referral and follow up with the person who originally referred them.
